Of the two on sale, Aperture Office is the closer: its project record and services structure adapt to treatments and practitioners, though it carries no booking engine and no medical consent flow. A single licence, for one published website including one you build for a client, is 89 USD. A studio licence, for up to five published websites, is 179 USD. The files are identical in both, only the permitted number of sites changes. There is no struck through price and no discount. A clinic that needs those, and the regulatory wording that comes with them, should take the commissioned route. A commissioned Saint Ego website, designed from zero around one brand, starts around 3,500 EUR.

How does Vellum handle before and after photography?

With placeholders and written guidance rather than a fixed opinion. Rules on advertising aesthetic results differ by jurisdiction, and they change: the Emirates, the European Union and the United Kingdom each treat this material differently, and some treatments are restricted from advertising altogether. The template gives a designed place for result imagery, consent notes and disclaimers, and the clinic decides with its own regulator or legal adviser what may be shown. Can each treatment have its own page?

Yes, and it should. Treatments live in a CMS collection, so adding one is filling a form: name, concern, method, duration, recovery, aftercare, price guidance if you publish it. The page builds itself from those fields, in the same layout every time. That structure is also what allows a single treatment to rank for its own search, which is how most patients arrive. A clinic with eighteen treatments gets eighteen real pages, not one long page with eighteen anchors.

Is this suitable for a dermatology practice rather than a medspa?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The register is deliberately medical rather than spa. The typography is quiet, the palette is mineral, and the structure gives weight to the practitioner, the method and the aftercare rather than to offers. A dermatology practice usually needs more room for conditions and less for packages, and the CMS handles that by letting you name the collection as conditions instead of treatments. If your practice needs something further from the design, a commissioned site remains available.

What do I actually receive?

Accepted Answer

Complete React source, every page and every component, nothing minified or locked. The original photography is included, along with a written guide, a licence and email support for installation questions. Node.js 22.13 or newer, two commands to install and run, and it deploys on Vercel, Netlify or your own server.
