Refunds

Digital source code cannot be returned once downloaded, so the rule is written honestly and applied generously where it is fair.

The principle

A template is delivered instantly as a download. Once the source has been downloaded it cannot be given back, which is why the complete live demo exists: inspect it fully before buying, on a phone and on a laptop.

When a refund is granted

If the file fails to download and support cannot resolve it. If the template does not build following the written START HERE guide on a supported Node version and the fault is ours. If you were charged twice for the same order.

When a refund is not granted

A change of mind after downloading the source. Lack of the technical skill described plainly on the product page. A request to adapt the template to a use it never claimed to cover. Difficulty caused by modifications made to the code.

How to ask

Write to the support address with your order number and a short description of what happened, ideally with a screenshot or the terminal output. Requests are answered within two working days.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, write first. A conversation resolves almost everything faster than a chargeback, and a chargeback closes the door on the support that would have fixed it.
