Saint Ego Editions · Luxury Real Estate

The Private Listing

A listing sells a floor area. A page can sell the life inside it, the light at four in the afternoon, the plan, the street, the person who will open the door. Saint Ego Editions builds that page in Framer, for luxury agencies, developers and private brokers.

There is no dedicated real estate Edition yet. The hospitality Edition, the Edition for boutique hotels and private villas, adapts closest, and it is still in development: nothing is on sale, there is no checkout and no remix link, and early access opens by email at hello@saint-ego.studio.

On saleTwo Editions are on sale today, Les Gourmands and Aperture Office. Complete React source, the original photography included. Single licence 89 USD, one published website. Studio licence 179 USD, up to five.

The residence page

One paragraph before the first photograph, saying plainly what this property is and who it will suit. Most buyers decide inside that paragraph whether to keep scrolling.
A hero that holds a single image at full width rather than a carousel of thirty. A carousel asks the buyer to do the work, and the buyer leaves.
A sequence that walks the property in the order you would walk it, entrance, reception, kitchen, terrace, principal suite, with captions naming orientation and the hour the light is best.
The floor plan placed where the walk ends, opening large enough to read, labelled by level and by area instead of hidden behind a download button.
A specification block that answers built area, plot, tenure, service charge, parking, year and handover status without a phone call.
Location written as a neighbourhood, the school, the marina, the drive to the airport, rather than a map pin and a postcode.

The numbers people check

The agent, on the record

A named agent on every listing, photographed properly, because a private buyer is choosing a person at least as much as a property.
Registration numbers printed where a buyer expects to find them, the BRN in Dubai, the carte professionnelle in France, the licence in your own market.
A track record shown as entries, sold and let properties with year and district, instead of a large number in a headline that nobody can verify.
Languages spoken and the hours you answer, which matters when the buyer sits in another time zone and reads the page at midnight.
A short written view of the market, updated monthly, which is what separates a broker from a listing feed when a buyer is deciding who to trust.
Team pages that survive a departure, since an agent is a CMS entry and their listings reassign without anyone touching the code.
